Our bodies are absolutely π divine creations and a part of us! Our bodies are self-healing and self-renewing systems β―οΈ
Our job is not to hinder the body from cleansing itself of toxins and to actively assist in building new cells. Sometimes, when you look at our lives, you can't help but wonder how diligently modern humans, whether consciously or unknowingly, do everything to make it, our Body, depart prematurely to another world...
For what purpose are we doing this? Who knows... How do we do it? How do we pollute and burden our Body? - in various ways! π
βοΈFirst and foremost, it's through incorrect and irrational nutrition. And it turns out that all those 'delicious treats' are not beneficial and can even be harmful β
No, of course, I'm not suggesting you live on bread and water. Food is one of life's pleasures, a necessity for the functioning of our bodies, and depriving ourselves of this joy is not entirely right either. I'm talking about dietary unloading/reloading, at least once a week. We all know that AFTER A FEAST FOR THE STOMACH COMES THE GRIEF OF THE INTESTINES π₯΄π©π€’ So, allocate at least one day a week to give your digestive system a break and stick to water. Simultaneously, calm your brain π§πΌββοΈ which spends its energy every day searching for food and then, with an efficiency of 7%, disposes of it in the toilet. Sad numbers.
βΌοΈAnother way to accumulate toxins is our unexpressed emotions, which have specific places in our bodies (feelings of guilt, resentment, anger, fear, etc.) and ultimately also become physical toxins and even serious diseases like cancer, autoimmune processes, and so on.
βWhat is the way out of this situation? How can you help your body? I'll answer - harmless and 'lazy' methods, and there are quite a few in our arsenal. And food breaks, and self-help, and homeopathy, and Bach flower essences, and hirudotherapy, and psychosomatic harmonization, which I've been paying a lot of attention to lately.
β οΈThe main thing is not to wait until you have a stroke or heart attack to start healing. Sometimes it's already too late to heal; at that point, you need to save your body.
After all, you don't smash your car to pieces to then start maintenance, do you??!!! You regularly take it to the service, conduct diagnostics, change the oil and filters, and so on.
Your beloved Body also needs preventive maintenance, not a trip to the emergency room π... Think about it β€οΈππΌββοΈππ»β€οΈ
